In 1997, the FRANZEN Industrie- und Gewerbebau was specially founded for the segment turnkey industrial and commercial construction.

Competency and know-how from 30 successful years in the roofing and wall construction sectors were the basis for our decision in 1995 to expand our ranges of services to the construction of turnkey industrial and commercial constructions.
