Cost-effective roof coverings

There are high requirements placed on roof coverings technically, physically and artistically.

These requirements are fulfilled by specific characteristics of roof construction with metals such as steel and aluminum, including any necessary sealing and heat insulation.

Large roof surfaces can be installed this way economically, and be made optically attractive and ecology-minded by the use of almost exclusively recyclable materials.

Metal roofing

Single-leaf metal roofs are utilized, but they are also used as the upper layer of a roof insulated against heat.

Thanks to the variety of optical and technical possibilities (rounded off by rollers, concave and convex), metal roofs leave room to plan for many interesting variations in architectonic design.

Diamond profiles

Diamond profiles are primarily installed as supporting layers for additional insulating roof coverings with sealing or metal roofing.

Thermodach or Isodach roofs

The advantage of Thermodach or Isodach roofs is that they can be rapidly assembled while at the same time having very good thermal insulation values.  These roofs are mainly used in industrial building construction with external dehydration systems.

Foil roofs

For large-surface industrial roofs, artificial roof sealing sheets of well-known manufacturers are primarily used.

Bitumen roofs

The use of this alternative roof construction is preferred when sealing office buildings and power stations, for example.

Roof greening

A green area on a roof creates an ideal combination of architectural and ecological requirements.  In doing so, a distinction is made between extensive and intensive greening.

Extensive roof greening is a comparable cost-effective variant and will thus often be used in industrial construction.  With intensive roof greening on the other hand, a periodic maintenance expense and watering is necessary.

Upper lighting

Upper lights are available in the form of light domes.  In combination with smoke-and-heat exhaust devices, which are controlled automatically or pneumatically by using CO², these are also used as smoke vents.
